How to create extra customer loyalty?

Nowadays it can almost be stated that online shopping wins the competition from offline shopping. Sadly, but true. But fortunately, there are still a lot of people who do enjoy trying on clothes in real life before spending money on it, smelling perfumes before actually buying them and getting face to face advice before buying new skin-care routine products. And it is exactly these people with whom you should try to create customer loyalty. When customer loyalty is created, people are more likely to return to your shop instead of a competitor, a big win for your earnings! There are a few nice and important ways to reach customer loyalty; we would be happy to give you a few pointers.

Samples

To begin with, start investing in samples! When customers are leaving your store or company, it would be very helpful if they receive something that makes them remember the store or company later on. What would be better than giving something which they can actually make use of? Exactly, samples! You could choose to produce body lotions with your brand’s logo on it, small olive oils which can be used in the kitchen or a wholesale CBD oil which can be used for your skin!

The customer journey

Maybe you have heard of this concept before, but that does not make it less important. The customer journey should be arranged in every detail, from A till Z. From the moment the customer walks in the store till the moment the customer initiates to leave the store, with most important the detail; an accurate and fast response when the customer wants to buy something and would like to check out. Imagine the following; you are in a story and are really eager to buy a very nice dress, but you are already waiting to check out for a few minutes because there is no one behind the desk? Are you still eager to buy the dress? Are you still wanting to come back to the store after checking out or would you rather go to a different store? An adequate response to checking out is very important!

An up-to-date customer service

Picture this; a customer enters your store and spends money on products you sell. After a short period, the products he or she bought already break down and the customer tries to reach your store by email or phone. It is of great importance that you have an immediate response to these customers, to help with their problem and to come with a solution. If the customers must wait for a longer period, chances are big that they do not like your store anymore and will visit another store the next time.
